Solutions

HEOR solutions include cost-effectiveness and budget impact modelling, statistical analysis, targeted literature reviews, HTA reviews, utility studies and thought leadership research and publications.

Market access solutions include TPP development and testing, evidence reviews and HTA gap analysis, payer and clinician research (including leading and facilitating advisory boards), development of payer value propositions and creation of value communication materials.

Advice

Advisory work includes review and feedback on payer value propositions and accompanying evidence packages, input on early-stage product development priorities and evidence generation plans, strategic and technical advice in support of health technology assessment, and participation in payer research (interviews and advisory boards).

Ceelos Consulting conducts advisory work and delivers specific solutions in market access and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), focusing on value demonstration for health technology assessment and other areas of payer decision-making in public health systems.

Ceelos Consulting's expertise spans pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and a broad range of therapy areas, with a particular focus on oncology and rare diseases. Geographical experience includes European Top 5 healthcare markets, Australia, Canada, Japan and the US.

Ceelos offers a flexible range of contracting arrangements, in line with client requirements and preferences. Advisory work is commonly conducted on an ad hoc basis, with time-based billing, although more substantial pieces of work may be conducted as project assignments. HEOR and market access solutions are typically delivered as projects, with objectives, scope, deliverables and budget specified in advance.
